Students will learn the basic medical sciences and specialize in diseases associated with genito urinary system. They are trained in Urological procedures like Catheterization, Cystoscopy, Eetraorporeal Shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL), Uroflowmetry, Urodynamic studies and pre operative and post operative care.
Urocare Technology
The program involves imparting a brief theoretical knowledge of Urology and training in and exposure to different types of equipments, accessories, technologies, and procedures used in urology. The candidates after completion of training will be capable of doing urodynamics and extra-corporeal shock wave lithotripsy, handling urological endoscopes, assisting in urology procedures, and helping in urology patient management both in out-patient and in-patient settings.
Eligibility
Higher secondary (12th) passed in state board or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
